Private Debt is a globally growing asset class, which, especially in Europe, still possesses enormous potential. It pertains to external capital, predominantly provided by institutional investors outside of the banking sector through private financing contracts to companies and projects.
Due to regulations like Basel III & IV, banks find their business model in lending constrained. This results in credit-seeking companies facing increasing challenges in securing financing. At the same time, institutional investors in Europe are increasingly looking for alternative investment opportunities to optimize their returns.
Daneo Partners offers professional investors access to Private Debt, thereby addressing the financing needs of credit-seeking companies, primarily in German-speaking Europe (DACH region).
When the wind of change blows, some people build walls, others build windmills.
