The loans provided by the DSRPDF are granted exclusively to professional real estate investors and are secured by real estate liens. The maximum loan-to-value ratio(LTV) of 80% and the debt sustainability metrics are always determined on the basis of current and independently prepared valuations. The maximum LTV offers a much more attractive downside protection compared to equity investments in the Swiss real estate market.
